The Journey Continues
Ô Craquelin began its journey as a small pâtisserie from India to London, born from a love for thoughtful, hand-crafted desserts. While we’ve stepped away from the retail kitchen for now, the heart of Ô Craquelin lives on — in the form of pastry consultancy, creative guidance, and stories soon to be shared through books. Led by chef Ekta Gosain, this new chapter is about nurturing ideas, supporting fellow makers, and continuing to celebrate the beauty of pastry in new and meaningful ways.
