Our Mission
Ô Craquelin launched its first site in central London with a mission to provide London with unique desserts since 2019. From heart of London, Ô Craquelin micro-pâtisserie offered modern, hand-crafted desserts. We decided to close our flagship store in 2024 as our site lease expiry came to an end. With new ideas on the horizon, please root for us so we can make a comeback and share our creations with you once again.
All desserts are hand-crafted using the quality raw ingredients.
We call ourselves micro-patisserie because every element of a dessert is prepared and cooked in our kitchen. We avoid using processed ingredients and prefer to create everything from scratch.
Some of the common activities you will find us doing in our kitchen is soaking Assam tea or coffee beans overnight, preparing poppy seed milk for our poppy seed cake, preparing nut pralines, cooking fresh fruit jams or compotes, rolling dough and baking cakes.
Our most special and unique feature is our attention to detail to every dessert. It must go through multiple trials and tasting before we launch a new product. Every individual portion is carefully layered with flavours and textures to create a delightful experience difficult to find in the market.
Whilst admirers of French pastry will find themselves at home with general concepts, each dessert has its own distinct identity and comes with a different story.
